Whiten your teeth naturally and in a few days

Do you want to have whiter, tartar-free teeth without spending so much money and in your own home? Do not miss out on these fabulous tooth whiteners that we bring to you today.
Nothing attracts more and projects as much as a beautiful smile and that includes having a healthy white color. If you have researched, you will have noticed that commercial treatments, as well as those offered in dental offices are very expensive, but do not worry that with this simple recipe I will teach you how to whiten your teeth naturally in a few days.
Our teeth begin to turn yellow due to causes such as cigarettes, coffee, carbonated beverages (especially cola) and poor dental hygiene habits. It is important that you then brush your teeth after each meal and to help them look whiter, start using this natural home remedy.

How to prepare homemade tooth whiteners

1. Sodium bicarbonate bleach and strawberries

The astringent compounds of sodium bicarbonate bind with the vitamin C of strawberries to provide an effective treatment against stains and bacterial plaque. Both ingredients help to whiten teeth, leaving them fresh, shiny and healthy looking.
Ingredients
  • A spoonful of baking soda
  • Five strawberries
  • In addition to this, we will need a plastic container and a fork.
Preparation
We need first to crush the strawberries very well in the plastic container. After this, add the bicarbonate and mix very well until a good homogeneous paste forms.
In the mornings, we just get up, take this homemade pasta and brush our teeth with it. After doing so, we leave it for 5 minutes and then rinse with water. After you have rinsed, you can wash your teeth with your usual toothpaste. The results of whitening you will begin to see from the third day of having used it.

2. Baking soda with coconut oil

Coconut oil is an ingredient rich in antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory compounds that exert positive effects in the care of the teeth. Its texture facilitates the development of a toothpaste with whitening properties, ideal for reducing yellow spots and plaque buildup.
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil
  • 3 drops of mint essential oil
Preparation
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you get a creamy paste. Smear the toothbrush and rub it for 3 or 5 minutes. Rinse and use it every day.

3. Banana peel

Instead of throwing the banana peel in the trash can choose to use it to give a better appearance to your teeth. The white part inside contains a substance called salicylic acid that provides a protective layer to the tooth enamel.
Ingredients
  • 1 banana peel
How to use it?
Cut a piece of banana peel and, with the inside, massage the teeth for three minutes. Repeat the process at least ten days in a row to notice the results.

4. Apple vinegar treatment to whiten teeth

For the effects of this treatment to be noticed in a short time, be sure to purchase 100% organic apple cider vinegar.
You are likely to find some cheaper presentations that, although they allow you to save, are not as effective because they have been subjected to refinement processes and, therefore, have lost nutritional quality.
Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup of warm water
Instructions
Dilute a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in half a cup of warm water and use it as a rinse before the first brush of the day. Gargle for 30 seconds, spit out the liquid and brush regularly. In case of suffering from bad breath or an oral infection, repeat the swish two or three times a day. Do the same treatment every day and be patient to see the results.

5. Activated charcoal

Despite its characteristic black color, natural activated carbon is one of the best solutions to remove the yellowish appearance that tartar produces on teeth. Its compounds eliminate residues that stick to the tooth enamel and prevent the appearance of bacterial infections.
Ingredients
  • 1 capsule of activated carbon
  • 2 tablespoons of water
Preparation
Moisten the activated carbon with a little water to give it the texture of a paste. Rub the product on the teeth using your brush. Let it act for 3 to 5 minutes and rinse. Use it 2 or 3 times a week.

6. Baking soda and lemon

The particles of sodium bicarbonate and the powerful lemon citric acid help us to obtain a whitening and antibacterial paste. Its regular application on stained teeth removes impurities, combats tartar and helps avoid yellowing.
Ingredients
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 5 drops of lemon juice
How to prepare it?
Combine the baking soda and the drops of lemon juice until you get a paste. Apply the product with the toothbrush and let it act for a couple of minutes. Rinse as usual and repeat the treatment once a week. For no reason should you overdo the application because it can be counterproductive. If you have tooth sensitivity you should not use lemon juice.

7. Coconut and tooth oil whitener

This is one of the best homemade dental whiteners that I have tried with which you will achieve immediate results and will not affect your dental health, since it also combats bad breath and tartar.
Ingredients
  • One teaspoon of coconut oil
  • Half a teaspoon of activated charcoal (one pill)
Activated charcoal is found in pills at pharmacies or in powder in health food stores. Coconut oil is sold in health food stores and supermarkets, comes in liquid or solid presentation.
If you found charcoal in pills you should simply crush the pill in a small container. Add the teaspoon of coconut oil and mix very well. After brushing your teeth as usual, brush your toothbrush with the mixture you made and brush your teeth gently for two minutes. Wash very well and you will see the difference. This treatment can be done once a week or when you see that you need it.
